Assignment Description We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow ITSM Product Specialist / Technical Project Lead What You Will Work On Lead ServiceNow ITSM initiatives from business needs and requirements through implementation Coordinate initiatives together with Product Owners, process owners, platform teams, and business stakeholders Lead workshops and translate business/process needs into technical requirements Drive scope, solution design, planning, testing, training, and implementation Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and OOTB functionality Act as the bridge between ITSM processes, ServiceNow platform teams, and business stakeholders Lead solution discussions and recommend appropriate technical approaches Support initiatives such as Universal Request changes and Incident management Support rollout of Workspace solutions to different user groups Prepare ITSM for AI, Now Assist, automation, and related capabilities Structure and manage backlogs, epics, features, and user stories Drive technical teams and ensure progress without necessarily owning the detailed technical implementation

What You Bring 7+ years of professional experience / Senior level Deep and current technical knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM Experience leading technical projects within ServiceNow ITSM Experience driving ServiceNow implementations or major platform changes Strong understanding of business processes and technical ServiceNow solutions Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams Experience with backlog, epics, features, and user stories Strong understanding of OOTB functionality versus customizations Good knowledge of: Incident Request Change Knowledge CMDB CSDM Ability to lead and challenge solution discussions Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Fluent/professional Swedish communication skills
