Marketing Manager

At Proposales, we’re transforming how hotels sell and manage Groups, Meetings & Events. We’re building a modern product platform for an industry that still relies heavily on legacy systems and manual processes, helping hotels move from inquiry to booking and delivery through beautifully designed software, automation and AI. We’re now taking the next step, expanding Proposales beyond proposals into booking, workflows and AI powered operations and we're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead how we tell our story and support the sales team in getting it out there. You'll run social content, plan events and help build the kind of presence that makes prospects already know who we are before a salesperson picks up the phone. This isn't a role where you hand off a brief and wait. You're hands on, from planning the campaign to shooting the video for it. This role is Stockholm based - 100% on-site. Your mission:

Support sales through social content, events, and showing up in person where it matters

Run online marketing that builds both awareness and leads, not just one of the two

Use ABM to reach the accounts we actually want to win

Build our public presence and tell our story in a way people remember

Create visual content yourself, ads, videos, presentations, whatever the story needs

A bit about you:

3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing

Real experience with ABM, not just knowing the term

You've made content yourself, not just briefed someone else to do it

You move fast, you're confident, and you're not afraid to take a risk

You bring energy into a room

What we believe in: We value ownership over process, curiosity over comfort, and getting things done over getting them perfect. Our process:

First stage: An intro interview. We want to get to know you, and for you to get a feel for our culture and what Proposales is about.

Second stage: A meeting with our CEO. This is where you dig into the vision, and we talk through mutual expectations.

Third stage (Case Presentation): You'll get an assignment, then come into the office to meet some of your future colleagues and walk us through your case presentation.
