Full Time Waiter

Join Alouette as a Full Time Waiter and become part of a Michelin-starred team dedicated to purpose-driven hospitality, world-class dining, and deep product knowledge. We offer a 3.5-day workweek (Wednesday to Saturday, with Sunday to Tuesday off), a competitive salary based on experience, and tips split evenly across the team. You’ll have access to private health insurance, eligibility pension after one year, five weeks of paid vacation, and eligibility to apply for our biannual work and study grant.

We’re looking for someone with at least one year of experience from a Fine Dining restaurant who brings passion, humor, and good vibes to the floor.

You should love wine, coffee, and all things beverage, and you genuinely enjoy connecting with guests. You’re fluent in English (Danish is a plus but not required), and you’re a team player who is looking for a place to develop your skills while being part of something meaningful.
