Consumer Engagement & Activation Specialist

Role summary: This role will deliver, support and execute on set annual event plans based on Sweden specific Legal Age Meeting Point (LAMP) & Event objectives. You will also secure strong brand and consumer engagement events and activation in own channels and events/festivals where the brands are present. The role is securing brand growth/equity and consumers’ brand perception (awareness, understanding, engagement, likeability). This role will require work outside of standard office hours and include some weekends.

Please note that this is a fixed term position until end of May 2027 (with the possibility of extension).

What You’ll Do: • Support and execute event activities based on annual event plan and contribute to the full omni-channel strategy and find ways to further optimize the plan. • Supervise events and coordinate potential 3rd party. • Collaborate with service providers/vendors and manage the quality of provided services. • Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and ensure the brand identity is successfully translated across all creative work. Provide clear briefs, budgets, outlining strategy, the scope of assignments and project timelines. • Budget and service order management for local market and individual projects. • Through collaboration with other teams generate insights, information in order to improve brand appeal, marketing effectiveness and brand volume & share performance. • Ensure that all events and activities are in full compliance with local market regulations, the PMI Marketing code and business conduct policies and practices.

Skills & Capabilities • A minimum of 3 years of experience with event management • Strong networking and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency in Swedish and English is required • Possess a driver’s license (B)
