chef needed for indian restaurant

Job Title = Head Chef

Work place = Varnada Indian Cuisine at Ny Kronborgvej 2, 3000 Helsingør.

Employment: Full-time

Requirements = We are looking for an experienced, passionate Indian head chef for our Helsingør branch.

Your responsibilities

1) Prepare authentic Indian dishes according to our recipes and quality standards.

2) Prepare curries and tandoori dishes, naan, biryani, and other Indian specialties.

3) Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and food quality.

4) Follow food hygiene and maintain an organized kitchen.

5) Work efficiently as part of a kitchen team during busy service periods.

6) Help in menu preparation and new Indian dishes and their methods.

We are looking for someone who:

•

Has experience as an Indian Chef and at least 10 years of experience.

•

Must speak Hindi or Punjabi; English is an advantage.

•

Can work on their own but also enjoys being part of a team.

•

Is reliable, responsible, and handles a busy kitchen well.

•

Experience with tandoor is a big plus.
